To launch effective advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook + Instagram), you need to properly set up your accounts and grant access to our team. This page provides a simple step-by-step guide that you can follow while setting up your Meta tools.

1. What You Need to Start
To successfully run ads on Facebook and Instagram, you must have:
- A personal Facebook profile using real information.
- A Facebook Business Page for your brand.
- An active Meta Ads Manager account.
- A payment card added to the Ads Manager.
- An Instagram Business account linked to your Facebook Page (recommended).
Important: If your Facebook profile is brand new, avoid launching ads immediately.
Warm up the account for 4–7 days by adding a profile photo, posting content, and adding friends.
1.1. How to Create a Facebook Business Page
- Log in to your personal Facebook account.
- Click Create → Page.
- Enter your business name, category, and description.
- Add a profile photo (logo) and a cover banner.
- Fill in additional details: address, phone number, website, business hours.
1.2. How to Activate Your Meta Ads Account
- Go to facebook.com/adsmanager.
- Select your payment currency and country.
- Accept the terms and confirm.
- Ensure the Ads Manager opens without errors.
1.3. How to Add a Payment Card
- Open Payment Settings in Ads Manager.
- Click Add payment method.
- Enter your Visa/Mastercard details.
- Confirm the 3D-Secure verification if requested.
- Make sure your card is displayed as “Active”.
We recommend using a separate card for advertising to keep expenses organized.
1.4. How to Connect Your Instagram Account
- Switch your Instagram account to a Professional (Business) account.
- Open your Facebook Page settings.
- Find the Instagram or Linked Accounts section.
- Click Connect Account and sign in.
- Approve the integration.
2. What Access Our Specialist Needs

2.1. How to Share Facebook Page Access
- Open your Facebook Page.
- Go to Page Settings → Page Roles.

- Select the role: Editor or Admin.
- Confirm your password if required.
2.2. How to Share Ads Manager Access
Option 1: via Business Manager
- Go to business.facebook.com.
- Select your Business Manager.
- Open Users → People.
- Add our specialist’s email.
- Assign permissions for the Ads Account.
Option 2: personal Ads Manager without BM
- Open Ad Account Settings.
- Find the Ad Account Roles tab.
- Add our specialist by email or Facebook profile.
- Assign access for creating and managing campaigns.
2.3. How to Share Business Manager Access
- Open your Business Manager settings.
- Go to People.
- Click Add and enter our email.
- Select full or partial access (as agreed).
- Assign access to the Page and Ads Account.
3. How to Give Access to AdPrimePro
- Email us at info@adprimepro.com.
- We will send you:
- The Facebook profile link of our specialist.
- The email address to add to Business Manager if needed.
- Add our specialist as a user.
- Grant the required permissions listed above.
- Once done, message us so we can verify access and begin setup.
